It is a comprehensive policy that has been developed with the aid of the event organizers and insurance carriers that have a long established history in the industry. The continuity of your event is important and we recognize that it is crucial that your insurance program be supported by people who understand your business.
ShowDown® is an “All-Risk” policy and protects you and your organization against financial loss due to:

ShowDown® Exhibitor Event Cancellation Insurance
ShowDown® Exhibitor Event Cancellation Insurance is designed exclusively for Exhibitors to protect their unique exposures.
The ShowDown® Exhibitor Event Cancellation Insurance Program is unique in the industry. It covers an exhibitor's incurred costs if a show does not go as planned. This policy pays claims arising from many of the circumstance that prevent the exhibitors from having a successful show.
Examples include loss due to a shipment's late arrival, unavailability of key staff due to adverse weather, illness or injury – even due to jury duty, and terrorism.
You have three choices of policy limits - $10,000, $25,000, and $50,000. Premiums are $250, $450 and $750 respectively. TSEA members receive a discount.

ShowDown® Entertainment Event Cancellation Application
Yacht Charter
Yacht Charter Event Cancellation Insurance is designed to protect the costs committed to charter a vessel and can be extended to include associated costs such as the cost of air travel expended to meet the vessel, in the event that the charter is necessarily Cancelled or Abandoned.
The Policy is on a named perils basis with the key named perils covered being:
- Person(s) chartering the vessel or participating in the charter suffering Death, Accident, Illness.
- Family member of those persons chartering the vessel or participating in the charter suffering death, life threatening accident or illness within a period of 30 days prior to the charter.
- Private dwelling of the Person(s) chartering the vessel or participating in the charter becoming uninhabitable following fire, storm or flood within 14 days of commencement of the charter;
- Person(s) chartering the vessel or participating in the charter suffering compulsory quarantine or being summoned for jury service or as a witness in a court of law during the period of the charter;
Coverage can be considered to meet the specific needs of a charter arrangement.
Premium charged will be based on the number of persons to be insured, the ages of such person, the period and location of the charter. A minimum co-insurance of 15% is required.
