Event Cancellation Insurance provides protection for event organizers, exhibitors, sponsors, broadcasters and individuals against unanticipated disruptions such as snow storms, ice storms, hurricanes, floods, fire, power outages, civil commotion, strike and even the non-appearance of key person or act. Unlike many standard policies which usually only reimburse costs and expenses due to cancellations, BUA policies can also be extended to cover loss of profits or revenues.
Event Liability covers the insured for losses due to bodily injury or property damage and almost every venue will require you to have at least a limit of liability of $1,000,000.
If an event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the promoter or organizer will suffer a financial loss. If you have an outdoor event and the weather is your primary concern, we have the ability to provide a Weather Insurance policy.
